Shipping Policy

Processing Timelines
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 4 business days. If your location is within a 100 km radius, additional delays may occur. Please note that address updates, order changes, or cancellations after placement cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates provided at checkout do not include processing times. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

No Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for our customers, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any items, including unworn or unopened products.

  • Exceptions will only be made in the case of defective items. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order, providing proof of the defect for review.

  • Exceptions will only be made for defective products, which are defined as items with manufacturing faults such as:

  • Incorrect sizing or style sent compared to the order details.

  • Torn items

  • Damage incurred before delivery (excluding damage caused by mishandling after receipt).
